Allaire Corporate Campus, Wall Township is located on the northwest intersection of Highway 34 and Belmar Boulevard. The site has excellent visibility and presence on the Highway 34 corridor. The project in master planned on 28.37 acres and serves as the home for Depot America and Headquarters for Dialight USA. In addition the site can accommodate construction of an additional 60,000 square foot office building positioned at the corner of Highway 34 and Belmar Boulevard, and two flex buildings totaling 50,000 square feet to the rear. When completed the campus will total approximately 225,000 square feet of space.
